Right of Withdrawal
(Under the Consumer Protection (Distant Selling) Regulations 2000).
Customers in the UK are covered by the Consumer Protection (Distant Selling) Regulations 2000. This allows for a seven day cancellation period after the day the goods are received and gives you the right to return the goods ordered and to receive a refund (less shipping or other costs incurred), within 30 days of the goods being received by us. We ask you in the first instance to telephone us on to notify us of any problems that you are experiencing with your purchase.
Unwanted goods can only be refunded if returned by the customer unopened and unused and are subject to inspection. Our liability is limited to the PURCHASE value of the defective goods, the postage charge is non-refundable. Return shipping and its cost are the responsibility of the customer. All goods must be returned in perfect condition, in the original packaging, inner and outer, and with all the original contents including free gifts. The packaging must not be defaced. The customer remains responsible for the goods until they are received and signed for by Frame24 Ltd.
